Made from the pressings of the Blanc de Noir Sparkling
wine and been fortified to 18% Alc. The colour is light
because of very little contact on skin and picked very
early. It has an unusual taste of citrus and mandarins,
finishes quite sharp in the mouth and can be served
chilled.
Cellar for 10 - 15 years
