Sabs Shiraz 2003 shows the same characters as the 2002 only it has a higher acid and this wine will develop nicely over time. It was 10th from the JIMMY WATSON in the Royal Melbourne Wine Show 2004 and received a Silver Medal, this only goes to show that the judges also see great potential in this wine.
