Mia Rose is made from Pinot Noir grapes
from Officer. It is a fresh light red with
lovely softness and full flavour with minimal
skin contact, which is where the tannins and
colour come from in a normal red ferment.
This wine should be served chilled and great
on hot days, or on top of hot, spicy food.
