Gin Gin Bin Pinot Noir is the first vintage from Benny’s new vineyard at Officer. The name gin gin bin was formally known as a cattle run in this area. The wine shows great potential for its first crop grapes and will only improve as time goes by.
Gin Gin Bin Pinot Noir has the character of a true typical pinot noir, cherry, strawberry and a slight undergrowth character, although I think this wine is more fruit driven. It has a lovely freshness and lingering after taste on the palate.
