This Pinot Noir was matured for 18 months
in new and old French oak. It has a deep
crimson brick red colour with crimson hues.
An excellent nose showing strong varietal
character. The palate displays classic Pinot
Noir flavours of cherry, strawberries and
spices, which fill the mouth. Superb silky
smooth texture and velvety mineral tannis.
Excellent length, followed by a very long
cherry plum spicy after taste.
Cellar for 5 - 10 years
