This Pinot Noir was matured for 18 months in new and old French oak. This Pinot Noir is deep crimson brick red colour with brick crimson hues. Excellent nose showing strong varietals character.
The palate displays classic Pinot Noir, strong flavours of cherry, strawberries and spices, which fill the mouth. Superb silky smooth texture and velvety mineral tannins.
Excellent length, followed by very long cherry, plum, spice after taste.
